Wait did you watch the whole clip? The first part was just the stock exhaust on a TRD sport, the 2nd part was the TRD pro with exhaust. Sounds very different.

Kind of disappointed in that really. Expected it to be a tab bit more throaty. Just dumped mine on my Gen2 today nothing fancy just a Bosal Cat back and it has more throat than the Pro does.

i noticed that toyota.com's build&price tool started showing the taco pro as a configurable model starting about 3 or 4 days ago, and it was still there earlier today. but now, it's gone... just like that..

How the hell did you negotiate 500 over invoice on this truck?

First Post & just joined today...

I have a buddy that works for Toyota who has been giving me details about the truck ever since we saw it at the NYIAS this year. Im totally new to trucks but always wanted one and with the TRD Pro Tundra last year and the Tacoma this year AND with my lease up this October i jumped on the chance to get this truck. last Friday I met my buddy at the dealership and put a deposit down for a Cement A/T. Now idk if anyone else has heard this but he mentioned that based on the price I got it at, I may get bumped down in the chain behind people who end up spending more at their dealership and they would get a truck before me. is there any truth to that?

at the end of the day Unless you are willing to pay full price you won't be getting one!
you will be at the end of the line and there is no truck left to be sold at $500 over invoice!

Were you not given a build sheet with a vin number?

My build/production date is the 29th of this month. Salesman said they should have it about two weeks later.

To add to that we are not sure if the pro is free from vibrations, diff problems, low fluids, cabin noises, and a array of other problems being reported. I bet some sucker will buy it at 49,000 plus taxes

I believe this a $42,700 MSRP AT, I was in there mths ago and almost put a depo on the cemet AT they had coming in (which I believe may be this one.)

that still would equate to $500 off MSRP, they also have a $1099 dealer fee if I recall. I found a MT elsewhere so not interested per say but was curious and you're correct.

Good catch, it could possibly be a $43,700 truck before accessories ($42,760 + $940 dest.)

I know for a fact they had a cemet AT coming on allocation when I went there in June.

That looks like a deal for someone in the Raleigh area, $1,434 off MSRP and thats with no accessories. If this build has accessories you're getting them FREE! + $1099 dealer fee so ACTUALLY $335 off MSRP with dealer fee included... and again FREE accessories.

    Go get this one boys!!!
