When I was living in Moscow in the early 90's for work ....this was my transportation a Diahatsu van exactly like this, to and from work outside of Moscow (Korolov Space Center), each day. Funny thing was my driver was this huge 6'-5" dude in his early 30's who drove like a madman, like most drivers in Moscow, and never saw him in a good mood.....I learned more Russian cuss words from him than anyone else....hilarious! Each day was a road warrior trip. Thanks for the memory!

I put on flowmaster 50 series dual exhast as soon as I bought the truck. Just be known adding a bigger size tire/spare is gonna be next to impossible since extra piping goes by there for second exhaust tip....lots of sound clips on youtube...and i had my stuff welded together after it was bolted on

image.jpg image.jpg Gotta love the guys at Sullivan Tire on route 53 in Weymouth, MA. Had them put on my billie 5100 all around and TRD wheels a couple months ago. Shawn says "bring it back when everything settles" dropped it off this morning at 8 got a call at 10 it's ready. They rotated the tires and checked the alignment. Didn't charge me a cent. Wish I could find a good dealership that provides that kind of customer service. Moving out to Irvine CA in a month. Any suggestions?
Made me so happy I went to the car wash and gave blue a good cleaning and vacuumed out half a pound of the crazy labs fur from the back seatimage.jpg

That's the one sir, not loud....noticeable difference but nothing you have to speak louder over....but they say after 500 miles or so it breaks in and gets a little louder....i have had it on for about 390 miles...but still not that much louder. Stock one you could barely hear....this one you know is there at least. Full throttle is a nice purr....

Added a neoprene console cover since on my TRD OR even being 6'-3" tall myself, I use my right elbow on top of the center console when getting in to truck and positioning myself. Plus since I spend some time at the beach way better when I put my ran down on that neoprene cover versus the OEM vinyl.
I added, the TRD patch. It actually looks better in real life. ; )
    Sure!

I'm from the Irvine area, actually going back there next weekend to take my truck into Toyota of Orange. Have a buddy there that always takes great care of my truck. There's no shortage of off-road shops in Orange County. And get ready for over-inflated prices on everything plus more traffic than you've ever seen.

Progress....half way there stage 4 icon....up next....the rear! :) I wanted to run white wall out but a guy at the tire shop said he regrets it because they turned yellow to brown on him and he tried everything to clean them. So played it safe.

Fins up pic.jpg So I put this on today in preparation of Saturday's Jimmy Buffett concert. Probably a -1 to the overall HP but has to be at least a +5 to the liver tolerance of alcohol. (At least that's what I'm telling myself)

Well I figure. I am retired so not in too much of a hurry to get anywhere. I lived through and survived the "big dig" and there are a bunch of freeways there, here we have one "expressway". And no 10 feet of snow to shovel there. Oh and let's not forget driving to work in blizzards.

Looks great! I've got the same colored truck with the AVS hood protector. Gives me a perfect shot of what it'd look like on mine!
