What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Thanks, I have the dark limo tint strip across the top of the windshield and so far I've had no issues.

 

These suckers are well built & rugged! Well worth the price. Can't wait to get them mounted up on my Yakima rack. I reversed the orientation of the horizontal mounting bracket (top photo below) so the lights will sit lower - more in front of the bar versus high above the bar. Its about a 1.25" difference.
Quick test fit indicates it'll work nicely.

This is with the visor all the way down. It just touches the Guage. I'm using the vertical mount.

 

No mods but took it tailgating for the Redskins preseason game HTTR

G-Tek Fab door sill protectors
Weather tech in channel rain guards

 

Finally put on the bed step "arm". Those bolts are a fucking bitch to take out and put back. Not to mention how cramped it is to put them back on. Now just have to screw on the step to the arm and done. Will do that tomorrow and then snap a pic. Already dark so couldn't finish today.

Put some homemade Delrin fender liners and flexible mudflaps in for the fronts. Planned to use plastic button fasteners and ended up ditching that and using self locking titanium aircraft fasteners instead. One step closer to fifty state legal.

 

Was it you prepping for dirty 5's? Is that why the new fender liner?

 

Went for a drive

 

I had been running without liners after I put the fiberglass fenders on and wanted some protection for the air box. Been on 35's since around the beginning of the year, I think.

Re-did my exhaust tip today put a 3" tip and dumped after the axel. I had it before the axel before. Like it much better after the axel. And replaced my wiper blades with some Bosch icon blades.

 

Just got my PNW edition trd stickers put on and loving them. Matte Grey with lime green son!

 

Redid the 12v and 120v interior outlets on my center console.

 

Fresh paint. Greased the ujoints new cabin filter and air filter.
