Thanks man! yeah my father raised me on fixing broke ass rusty cars and learning to use ancient hand tools, so I got experiance with both hahaha.... huge fan of the BFH, have one made of lignum vitae for timber frame work that makes a mechanic sledge look like a gavel! also I'm with ya on the drywall hate, the worst is trying to cut it. Last guy I worked for had a RotoZip, best little cut-out tool for drywall eva

I started working out regularly to be bathing suit ready for my trip in April, and have kept it up ever since. Right now I'm on the best shape I've been in since my 20's. I just got challenged to see who can get a 6 pack first against 2 guys. I'm gonna lose but I'll still give it a shot

April? Your going somewhere tropical! If you happen to be going to Bermuda I have a request that you need to smuggle back for me.

They make this liqueur called Bermuda Gold Liqueur it's made out of some native plum thing. Strange taste but it's something I want to live in my liquor cabinate

I did a weight loss challenge with a few of my buddies that started at the begging of May and ended 4th of July weekend. $100 per person, $500 total for the winner, and the winner was determined by whomever lost the most weight percentage wise. I started at 182. Started to watch what I ate, how much, and exercising. Did P90X every night just about. Only missed maybe 5 days that whole time span. Also started walking during my lunch break at work, for about 40 minutes, pushing the pace to get that heart rate up. Got myself a FitBit, and downloaded this app called My Fitness Pal to help with the calorie intake control.

The morning of the weigh in I stepped on the scale at 152.2. Both myself and my best friend lost 30 lbs but because he started at 215, I won because I lost more percentage wise. Won me some $500!!!!!!!!!

Ever since then I have been trying to stay at around 155, which I have been just about, and started doing P90X abs every other day as well. Starting to get a bit of ab definition so hopefully that will continue!
