I did simple things. Start with In Channel Vent Visors. Get a Bug Deflector. Upgrade to Floorliners.

I think the first, if you haven't done a single thing, is to buy good seat cover and good floor mat. And then....the Vegas hookers. Priority guys...priority.

The first thing I did on my truck was... changed the floor mats to "all weather" mats from Costco, then loaded the bed with Corona. :D

Few months after, I added the Westin Brush guard and a pair of lights.

Modify your truck anyway you want. Let your personality shine. ;)

AFE Pro Dry Filter for $50-$60 or so depending where you find it. Save some money on gas and by not throwing away old filters each change interval.

Other than that I would do sliders over step bars if you plan on offroading AT ALL! I went with step bars, now they're bent, and I wish I'd gotten sliders instead.

Or check out the link in my sig and you could probably do most if not ALL the mods listed for $450. :D

Your truck is perfect now. All it needs is a nice performance one inlet-2 outlet muffler and two nice pipes showing out the back with chrome tips:D
