Until I had to help my dad take apart the seats on his Tahoe to replace the heated seat pads. There are no less than 20 plugs and about a mile of wiring in each seat. Every plug has a different way to remove it. I'll live with the manual seats. One less thing to go wrong.

I think most people just want height adjustment, even if it's manual. My 320i has manual seats, but they are at least 6 way (fore/aft, recline, bolster inflate/deflate, height, fore/aft tilt, thigh support in/out).

Height would be nice but I think the seats are perfect for me. I can see people taller or shorter needing it though. I'm an average 5'10".
A lot of people keep vehicles longer than that.

I don't understand the want of power seats. It takes 30 years to move the seat. With manual it takes 2 seconds to slide the seat.

Now as far as full adjustable, I get it. But that can be manual as well.

    I hate power seats

Why I also like the manual windows and manual locks in the reg cabs.

Wish the 4x4 system was manual also.

I'm totally fine with manual. Less things to brake

No way it's not 1950.... I've seen many vehicles over 200 and even 300k with power doors and windows still working

I'd like power seats, but only beause I've had them for the past 20 years. What really amazed me was missing on my '16 Sport DCSB was a garage door opener on the mirror!

wait until you change window regulator on said tahoe. We will then cry about manual windows. What a pain

I couldn't care if the seats are power or not. I would like to have some more adjustments, like seat height, thigh support and adjustable side bolsters.

ARE cap, wade inchannel vent visors, weathertec floor mats, ranch hand grill guard, tuffy security boxes in bed, lockable tailgate handle. Still have stuff that needs to be installed and still have stuff ordered lol.
im not a big fan of power seats. once you find your comfy spot, than someone moves the seat it takes forever to find your comfy spot again.

Although I love power seats, it doesn't bother me much. All my recent vehicles have had it. That being said, I would prefer adjustable. My wife is short, and it makes it a bit of a pain, but it isn't terrible. At least I have dual climate control. She's likes the surface of the sun, I prefer Antarctica.

Power seats would be nice, but at a minimum we should have a manual height adjustable handle like the FJ!

How about a heated rocker swivel recliner with artificial intelligence and surround sound.

My silverado power seats worked like New for all 14 years. In fact the only thing ever to go bad on that truck was the alternator on year 14. How did these tacoma get such a reputation for reliability?

I'd rather spend a day changing a regulator and enjoy rolling my passenger window up and down while driving. Plus how long did the original last? 10 years lol but seriously other then a Tahoe the power door and windows are incredibly reliable for how much use they see
