Not really. It took about 45 min.

 

Vacationing at Lake Tahoe with the family and of course drove the Tacoma.

Wife came home from the store yesterday and asks if i waxed the truck again... I told her no.. I cheated.

Gave it a quick wash but didn't dry it. Got water spots everywhere... So i walked around spraying the truck with meguirs quick detail spray and wiping it down with the microfiber rag... I think that's how I'll do it from now on... I get to skip drying it and get more shine. Double win LOL

I'm in San Antonio as well and I went to 4 Wheel Parts for my lift. At first I had my Bilsteins set at .85 and wanted a 285/70/17 tire. I had some pretty good rubbing and decided to pull the trigger on Pro Comps lift like yours. They put my Bilsteins back down to stock before they installed the lift. It was $850 for everything. The ride in my opinion is very good. I don't have any rubbing and I'm extremely happy with the outcome.

 

Where did you pick it up and how much $ thanks

 

Added 2 tie downs in the front of the box. Plan on adding 4 more to the other 4 spots/box bolts. Here is the part # and the Canadian price I paid.

I got it from my dealer here in SD. I went thru costco and costco send a 50% off any parts or service. So I paid $190 out the door.

 

I know the feeling. Looking forward to next month so I can break the chains from the bank. (Last payment) Now if I can keep from trading it off!!

 

Toned down the brightness of some in cab LED's

 

Today my gf dragged me around to a garage sale with her... Well I'm glad I went.. I found a Tacoma bed mat for sale for only 45$ I ended up buying it for 35$ lol I didn't know if it would fit in my truck but when I got it home I cleaned it and threw it in the truck and it fit perfectly haha! Guess I'll have to go to garage sales more often lol

 

Should've checked the vin to see if it was actually assembled in Mexico.

 

I have an a.r.e v series cap for mgm dcsb trdof the color matching is slightly off Just barely darker. The owner of trucker toy stores Jacksonville Nc said it's usually never an exact match but I'm just frustrated that my $2200 cap isnt an exact match., the owner said there's nothing they can do, is this standard all around has anyone heard anything similar to this ,should I just let it go or does anyone have any suggestions on what I could do?
