So I'm wondering if Softopper won't participate, I'm sure a vendor who sells their product would. This looks like it could be a $20k-$40k gross (depending on participation and discount) for anyone who would entertain it. The problem is, I've looked and all of the third party vendors I've found stopped selling the product a few years ago. Clearly there are third party vendors since there's a "dealer login" on their site.

@TakeNoteS have you already pursued this avenue or did you find the same thing I did (no vendors)?

I'm in for one if the group buy goes through.

 

Apperently they stopped selling through vendors and have not upgraded their web site yet. I am thinking they will not do a group buy for some reason and hope all will still buy from them. I emailed them for some info and got nothing. Havng some real doubts about this company.

Same here. Their lack of response is unacceptable at best; no response to emails, no phone number to actually get in touch with someone. If one needed parts or service, I can only imagine how difficult it would be actually getting it taken care of. Disappointing to say the least.

Edit: I left them a voicemail and will also follow up via Facebook IM. I'll let you guys know what's up if I hear back from them.

 

They are on FB? Are they on IG or Twitter too? I'm not on any of them (no social media for this guy) but if someone wants them to step and take notice, call them out on it publicly. Find out what they are on and post that people are trying to get in touch with their company and getting no responses. Like Omar @Omar RVA said we're not talking chump change here. It's potentially 20K + in sales. If they are not interested in doing it all they have to do is respond and say not we are not interested in doing it. That's it

It leaves a bad taste in peoples mouths when they contact them with a question and the question never gets answered

It's funny. If you look at reviews from a couple years ago, people talk about how great their customer service is at Softopper and talk about having great communication with the owner. I don't see much of that in more recent reviews. Kind of makes me think they've gotten a bit too big for their britches and don't feel like playing ball any more.
