    I'm also excited to see yours. You were one of the first builds I followed when I joined.

    I have a feeling mine's about to change a lot too. Thankfully I believe I am done-ish with suspension stuff.

    Any route considerations for the trip out? My family has a ranch near Amarillo and provided they don't have pastures leased out, we could likely camp on the property instead of spending money on a hotel enroute to Moab.

    Trip to Moab - $1000
    Gear truck parts for trip to Moab - $3000

    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    But seriously all I NEED is

    ARB front bumper
    Winch
    Sliders
    front skid plate

    Who knows what other extras I will be able to afford but I want those 4 things before Moab.

    I'm in the same boat, but I'm going with SOS for the armor. Website pricing shows me at $1960 for front and rear bumpers and sliders. Another $160 for bed bars if I decide to buy a RTT with is $899 through Smittybilt. A winch, $550 through smittybilt. Regear to 4.56 in the rear is $1200. Shit, this is getting expensive...

    My truck absolutely hates the highway. 65mph, she runs great, but any higher than that and she wont come out of 4th gear. Gets real thirsty at that point.

    No matter what, I'm going to Moab. Might even be in a new 2017 TRD OR if the dealership decides to play ball this week.

    It's not that bad. I've done most of it in 2wd. There's some places you ain't goin without 4wd, but those are few and far between nowadays from what I've heard. Several areas have been closed off due to people doing dumb shit and ruining it for others. Last couple of times I was out there was in the early 90's in my 87 toyota 4x4 (with 4wd out of commission) and then again in a stock 2wd ranger with no problems.
