Agreed. I got a deal. know a guy at Toyo
Not sure if they do. The M/T's were beefy as hell. At low speed you could feel the truck vibrating from rolling over the nobby ass treads.

I'm looking at the A/T II's as they seem to be the cheapest from my quick 15 minute search at work. Would you be able to get me a hookup if I go with Toyo?

I can't. Super sorry but they were hesitant to give me one! My dad is the one who actually knows the guy and he was able to grab me 5 R/T's straight from the factory since he was already heading out there. Skipped the middle man and fees. Wish I could.

A/T's were great though. Only time I had issues with them was in bad mud

Damn. Hopefully I can find a good deal somewhere
Ya that's perfect then. I don't plan on hitting any mud, or at least any really heavy mud

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
It's very likely my next set will be General Grabbers. :bananadance:

Yeah. They even did okay in the mud, just fishtailed a little bit.

That's about as much "mud" as you'll see in California anyway, unless you go to somewhere like Azusa Canyon and look for real mud bogging. There's a lot more than "just" the tires not built for mudding on these trucks anyhow.

AZ canyon is pointless. I will go on dirt roads in the rain, never will I intentionally get stuck in the pit.

So torn on it. The red would fit my "theme" but may be too "gaudy"

I like the shoulders on them. They look awesome.

Awesome to watch but I agree, no thanks. My bed sides are full of enough shit already.

So far the 4Runner holds far less mud than the tacoma. Way less places for it to hide. I go through a drive through carwash with under spray before cleaning it and it's all gone!

Washing these things by hand solo is a motherfucker but letting some shmoo touch my BLACK truck (or worse, a mechanical wash... ick). Many a car wash ends at 8-9pm.... Although I've found a few of those mobile detailer guys I'm quite happy with.

I'm going straight home from work and hitting my truck with an air compressor and a shop vac. Hopefully I'll have enough daylight to get it all done. There's sand everywhere and it's driving me crazy

Agreed. I have a secret love for picking out car washing/detailing products from the likes of Chemical Guys and the Rag Company, etc.
I gotta hit my truck's belly. Doing my oil change Friday before Pismo I saw a few spots getting some rust I'd like to not help speed up.

I'll post pics of my fumoto oil valve, too!

I'm not super excited to clean all the sand out. Normal dirt from mountain trips aren't bad but sand... I've had enough of sand.

I also just checked Costco for tire prices, $215/tire for KO2s

Drove into a self wash place and hit my body and undercarriage with a high pressure hose, 6 minutes later every bit of sand, dust, and dirt is gone :D
