Jake thought they rubbed your snorkel and they don't raise with hood (mount to body under wipers) so you have to be careful there too.

 

Mine work just fine.

 

I have no doubt they are quality and I still plan to get them but I'll just be using what little mod money I have elsewhere for the time being.

 

Some other threads mentioned you have to do some trimming for proper fitment. What exactly are you trimming to get them installed?

 

The black plastic under the whipers. I know what is called but dont know if im spelling it right ao i will not try so i hope you know what im talking about

Actually you just remove the corner trim pieces from the windshield cowl. Then they fit just fine. I thought about trimming them and putting them back in...................yeap thought about it.

 

Hahaha the little osolating cutters do an awesome job of it.

 

My brackets wouldn't clear the snorkel so I had to add some washers under the bracket to give it a little lift... I'm 1st gen though, so I'll just shut up now.

 

And you have a non pressed in nut zert being used as a nut for the other.
