    @Tretiak30 do you use overdrive when your on the highway....I was cruising at 65 in 4th at 2500 just seeing how it is without OD in...I'm assuming the rpm's would be a hair lower with 315's?

    Or am I thinking backwards?

    RPMs would be a hair lower....but its typically not a ton lower depending on gear.

    RPM= (MPH x GEAR RATIO x 336) / Tire Diameter.

    I like how mine drives without OD. If I am not going to break 60, or maybe touch it for a minute, like between slow highway spots, Ill just keep the stick in 4 instead of D. Its too happy to drop it into OD and RPM drops to like 1200...no thanks lol

    Makes me want one of those Sprint Boosters to really get it going...but a set of gears would probably do the same.

    Youll be fine. Sure there will be traffic situations and whatnot that annoy you, but tons of people run 35s with stock gears.

    I hang out in OD or D all the time. RPMs are usually like 2200 for me at about 70ish

    My truck hates 6th gear at highway speed. Runs 2100 rpm at 75mph in 5th. G8 runs 2000rpm at 80-85, with 2.92's. lol

    Yeah, it hasn't been bad at all, but the truck hates me on the slightest incline. I'll be going to 4.88s and lockers but for most who DD their truck and don't wheel as much, I hear 4.56 is the way to go.
