Any of youse guys know a decent place to get an AR out to 200 yards? I dont want to have to join a range if I can help it. For what its worth, im not trying to shoot tannerite and usually l leave with more trash than i bring in.

Gonna have to figure out what is compatible with the shocks, if anything but I'll keep it in mind.

Renton Fish and Game Club is a nice range. Probably a bit closer then heading into the woods out there. But i dont really know the area out there for shooting woods wise. I know of a couple places but they are all under 100 yards.

If you dont mind spending a couple days exploring around, read up all the rules on where and how you can legally shoot on different land and go out driving and looking.

Thats what I did for my side (the Olympics) and have more or less private spots for any range a person could want. I only say private cause ive never seen anyone else there

My understanding is RF&G only allows you to load one round at a time and every time I've been there the ROs are overbearing douchenozzles. The last time the RO said we couldnt shoot .22. i asked why and he said because hes the range officer and says we cant shoot .22. I threw all my shit in my bag and left. It is like 3 miles from my house tho.

Near seattle, you have to drive a LONG way to get away from people in the forest and its stopped being worth it. Maybe I'll check out Issaquah sportsmans club.

Bothell is just as bad. One round in the clip. I asked if I can use my chrono to measure my hand loads they said no. The RO s are retarded as hell. Extra fee for every barrel you bring even tho you rent 1 lane. Started giving me shit for picking up the brass I was shooting. I just warm up there before yote season then don't come back for a year. It sucks I have to chrono my hand loads only when I go over the pass.

Damn that sucks. I've only been to remain once but it was for an event so didn't know on the ro and one round stuff.

Guess I get spoiled with the club over here. Long as you aren't rapid firing and show you know what you are doing the ro leaves ya alone except to bs.

Uhhh, sadly since no one jumped on it, it went to the transfer station yesterday. Sorry.
New set up is OME BP51s and Dakkars with the extra leaf. So far so good, but haven't been able to really exercise it yet. Maybe this week.

Towards the end of college we joined the Klamath Sportsman's Park. Most of the time we were the only ones out, and as long as you checked with the park host and BS'd with him for 20 minutes, you were all by yourself out on the range.

wow that sucks guys. I forget which one but I was invited by a friend to a range just north of Seattle and they were total assholes like that. Issaquah Sportsman Club is good to me. Only complaint I have is that they are closed Sunday and Monday. RO's are super cool though. Annual membership is only $100!

yes I like them. You won't get the 200 yards though, 100 yards is the longest. They have some lanes where you can shoot both 50 and 100 which I like for sighting in.
