I didn't reuse the stock breather. And could you be more specific. ARB?

couldn't I also use an inline fuel filter? As that will let air pass both ways?

ARB makes lots of stuff like compressors and air lockers for our trucks. I like the idea of a fuel filter I might have to use that when I do mine.

installed some Katzkin Leather Seat upholstery that I got from John Huey here on TW @jhuey8947 . Great guy wonderful product and at the best price you will find. Never did anything for the arm rests cause I was waiting to get some turn signal mirrors and tackle the door all at once. Decided to use some Charcoal colored leather for the arm rests to go with my color scheme and sent John a message, figured to buy some new leather covering. He said he had some in the shop he would just send me. Sweet! Couldn't ask for anything better. If any of you are thinking of leather this is the way to go, and though I always try to deal locally, save your time and call John!

I was in the same boat. Almost bought 6112s but did the math and I don't offroad more than one day a month. This should be fine. I haven't done alignment yet my ucas arrive Wednesday so I haven't driven it more than around the block. Will report back. I can already feel they are less bouncy and more solid on speed bumps and corners.

Took your advice and did a little more reading on here and changed out the breather to and inline fuel filter. Fully free breathing now. Air can flow in and out when needed.

This is the breather I got at Toyota and originally put in.

Picked this up at autozone for $7 this morning.

I'm a way bigger fan of this option. Fully free breathing and there's actually a filter on it as opposed to the replacement part from Toyota.

    @Holloman check it out

I went on a craigslist hustle. If you can't tell by the below info, I love a good deal and doing things myself.

2016 OR wheels w/ almost new adventure tires cost $650 and a little gas money.
Upgraded to a set of Toyo AT2's 265x75 that I had on my 4runner. (paid 90 for them to dismount 8 tires and mount and balance)
Snugtop Hard Tonneau cover - $100 bucks with a broken hinge assembly. half an hour at my friends house and everything was welded stronger than brand new.
Toyota rubber bed mat - $35. was practically new. I got it dirty in the pic by putting the wheels and tires on it.
    took it through the wash.

    Cost me 650 + 90 + 100 + 35 = 875

Recouped 600 on my old wheels and tires.

Total cost 275. But I was able to put my stock 17" wheels and duratrac tires on my 4runner and have those in case I want to switch in winter. So I think I did good for 275. Upgraded both my vehicles wheels and tires, unfortunately had to pay 90 to swap the best rubber to my new wheels.

recouped most my money by selling some 13 TRD OR wheels w/ the adventure tires on craigslist. only down side was new new wheels and tires don't have the tpms. but I do have my original ones on my 4runner. so I got that going for me.

Next up (not sure when) is my Toytec Ultimate coilovers and ride rite airbags.

For the sake of creating a new thread, can a long bed mat be trimmed to fit a short bed? I found one on Craigslist. (and i promise to post it on this thread if I buy it)

I heard there is a line indicating where to cut them to make them fit the short bed but don't quote me on that.
