Congrats!! I don't think you would've put it for the job if you weren't serious about making the change. It's also nice to know that safe cu wants you for what you enjoy doing. Do what's best for you and the fam. Plus, you can take the back roads into Folsom, and avoid 50

Ferny.. any chance it's safe for you to approach current employer and say I have an offer to go back to underwriting and receive a base pay of this hourly amount to do it and see if they're willing to match the other offer?

Plus how much room for advancement would you have at your other offer?

doing what you love plus more money? Seems like a win, but do the math on the commuting cost increase to see if it makes any financial sense.

To start the new job at the ceiling of your current job sounds like a win. Sounds like there is more room to move up, and it's a bonus that you would be doing something that you enjoy more.
Starting at a new job can be scary for sure, but it's all about what is gonna be better for you and the fam in the future! Good luck brother!

That goes nice with the color of the truck. I hope you kept the other wheels for wheeling.

    Thanks! I did.
Im thinking about getting the new beadlocks for them when they are available and I'm currently debating on 285/75/17s or 35s. :notsure:

The offer sounds great. More money less headaches. Less managing your own schedule so less camping... wait what?
