Thanks man. It's a work in progress. TW has been such a help with options, expertise and group buys!!! I'm really enjoying the truck and all the areas and people it has brought me to.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
So I was toying around with the idea of offering a flat grille as well for a market killing price for the guys that don't want to spend 500+ on a grille and still want to replace that stock one. Others on the market are way over priced IMO so were thinking of offering our design in a flat cut design.

Here is a shot of what it would look like.

Will the flat one utilize the factory bezel? The additional cost of getting the SR bezel is a negative for the other flat designs out there.

Nope it's the same mounting design as the recessed version of our grille no Bezel used.

Will you be able to add a color matching back plate like the current grill you are making?

There's definitely a market for those. Should run a batch of 20 and go from there.

I think I'm going to have to order a grill and lights before I even get the truck...

Ordered my grill one day after ordering the truck on June 7. Truck beat it here on Aug 12 and still waiting for the grille. If only the trucks weren't so much easier to build than the grilles...Ha! ;-)

I think you are on to something there. Looks good and there is probably a pretty good market for these.

I filled the slots out just a little more I didn't like the dead space on the sides and gives the appearance of the shape of our recessed version and I shrink down the letters so they were not at the bends. It looks like we might just have a cost effective option for the guys that want to swap their grilles.

    Grille.jpg .

I also has some space to cut one today to see how they will look. You can see the letters were too large and there was a lot of dead space on the sides.
But it fits like a glove!
