Had a good back day yesterday and got a new PR on Arnold Press.

Also, I need to get back on doing the protein powder

Both my surgeries weren't on joints but major muscle and tendon repair, but I know what you are talking about. I felt like that after each surgery for the first couple of days of use but it will go away soon. It's natural, it's just your body's response to all the change and lack of use for so long.

 

I guess he really did bail. I saw he has posted in other threads recently. Not like I am stalking him or anything... @ABA180

2/3 tsp sesame oil, 1/3 cup onion, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 2/3 cup frozen peas and carrots, 6oz ground turkey 93/7 (I pre cooked the package last night) 1 whole eggs beaten, 3 cups cauliflower rice, and 1 tbsp lot sodium soy sauce then soy sauce to taste and crushed red pepper.

Makes a huge ass 12" skillet full and that's the macros for the whole skillet

 

I'm defintely gonna play around with mine and probably will throw some minced onion and frozen peas and carrots in next time. I also forgot to mention that after I cooked my 2.6 lbs of chicken tenders I put it all in the blender to shred it. Can't wait to try it at lunch today. GAAAAINZ!

I just used the same Ninja Blender I use for my shakes. Got the job done

 

Life hacks gents,life hacks this Bouqet was 49.99. Picked a matching vase and got them to use the exact same flowers as in the already made one = 12.99 winning!!!!!

Generally I am a boob guy, but this is certainly a point to be considered for the argument that there is always an exception to the rule. Damn!
