too lazy to search for the thread. use some commercial engine cleaner and water to clean your engine, or simply go to the car wash and use their sprayer. When you get the dirt and grime off spray the entire engine and especially the rubber/plastic down with 303 protectant. Drive home. By the time you get home the engine will shine and look brand new.

I took my intake tube off so now it draws air in right at the engine.

So I installed my kings, dakars, and ucas last weekend and am experiencing a bit of taco lean (1 inch difference in the front, and 1 inch difference in the rear). I haven't adjusted the coil overs yet to level it out, but yesterday I noticed the overloads didn't look the same. The passenger side overload looks more compressed than the driver, but the driver side of the truck is lower o_O
Dakars only have one part number, so the shouldn't be different. Any ideas??

Not sure but for some reason there is a disclaimer I was reading with my Dakars that says they aren't responsible for leaning Tacomas.

Yeah, which is understandable. What I don't understand is why the gap between the overloads and leafs are backward from what would be expensed with the lean...

when i say doesn't rub on anything understand i've already removed all the mudflaps and trimmed the bottom of the flares but no major hammering or cmc yet that all may happen to allow even more clearance

if you can find anything to confirm this let me know!! I've looked at ARB's website and called DSM, but there's only one part number listed for the dakars... meaning they should be labeled if they are side specific... mine were not, and had the exact same part numbers on each
