I really like how the 4.0 6spd pulls my trailer compared to my last Tacoma with the 2.7 5spd. But, I'd love to have even just a bit more power. While I'd love the supercharger, it doesn't make fiscal sense to go that route. SO...I'm wondering what kind of real gains I'd see from an Intake, Exhaust, ECU combo? Worth it?

    Thanks!

Any gain would be too small to notice with just bolt-ons. TRD claims 5+ hp with their exhaust.....but who knows?

From what I hear on this forum, not much. I had a K&N and a catback on my old T100, and I know it helped power. Wouldn't bother changing any of that from stock on my Taco. The stock gear is pretty well optimized. If you need more power, you probably need more displacement.
