They did a great job on the repairs, looks perfect.

What I did notice is something happened while it was there for a week. Looks
like clear coat scrape/damage. Can anyone confirm? The lower area looks like a
scrape, the upper area looks like chemical or peeling of the clear coat, I just can't
    be sure.

I would go right back and make them fix it. I had another driver hit my work car and it had to go to the shop to be repaired and repainted, and one of the workers dropped a hammer or other heavy tool on the passenger door sill and left it, hoping I wouldn't find it. I checked around the car before I left, found the damage, and brought it to their attention. I had to bring it back the following week for them to fix it, on their dime. I also expressed how disappointed that they were dishonest; I would have preferred they call me and tell me what happened and that they were going to fix it instead of me having to find it.
If you know it wasn't there before you dropped it off, i would definitely go right back and bring it to their attention.
BTW, mine was done by the Toyota owned body shop!?! Couldn't believe it happened there of all places. But it's all good now.hopefully my experience will help you out with your issue.

Same here, went to the dealer I purchased from the repair. I've emailed them,
not looking forward to dropping it off again and going through the rental bs once
    more.

Good luck man. I'd be shitting purple twinkies. But that's also prob why they refused to fix mine when I wasn't happy LOL

Yeah it's a pain for sure, but at least I found mine before I left that day, so they couldn't deny it. It may go faster in response time if you drive over there instead of email, they may just try to ignore you since they've got paid already

Yeah, I just walked out, thought I'd walk around again to check things
and there it was! They were great to deal with so I'm hoping I'll get a reply
back shortly in email, I can't imagine that's something I can fix, they're look
bigger than the are, each is no more than an inch long but if I could fix it, I'd
just do it rather than going through the process again.

I hear you. And if they were good to work with, they will probably want to make it right. When my car was damaged, it left a huge dent and tore chunks of paint off, there was no buffing that out! Hopefully yours can buff out, that'd be nice. Hope it gets resolved quickly!

Going to meet her there in the AM, she's hoping it'll just buff out.

haha, I've had zero luck till now!

I'm trying to wrap my head around how that can be buffed out but
I've never done it. To me, it has to be sanded out and the clear coat
re-applied but she said she clearly saw the pics and said there's a good
    chance it can be done.

It can be buffed out by removing clear coat layers if it's shallow, if in paint, then more work. It looks like clear coat level, hopefully. BTW, what are you a blkblt in? Just curious, you don't have to answer.

hoping for the best, both show only a whitish look to them, so I assume it's
    just the clear coat?

    Cool beans.

Sounds like clear, especially if you don't see primer!

nope, just white, like dull clear coat.
