Ok. We can work out the details later. Plus since you don't need them until sept. It gives me time to get the sockets together. They are still in the same bag I took to Moab.

I probably wouldn't yell at myself.... but its something I use often, so I can't be without it. And looks like you found a torque wrench.

If I were you I'd buy the torque wrench and socket kit. Always essential items for anyone.

As for drywall, I have used a "dremel" type of tool with the drywall bit and I still prefer a drill w/bit and drywall saw. Much more forgiving.

Oil companies have been banking money the last couple years. PDC just made a hefty purchase to get into Texas:

Activity may be low around here, but it's picking up elsewhere. I think CO will find an increase at the start of 2017.

I hope your right, but my groups plants are 90% oil and gas and neither OKC or Houston is predicting a rebound yet.

How can you afford to live in Steamboat and not the front range?
Unless you're moving back in with the 'rents?

Enough to make it a lot of fun!
I will stay with them for a little while. But I can get a job up there pretty quick. The only reason I won't be able to afford the front range is, because of the hours I am getting right now. Also the future work is not looking good.
