No worries. First thing I saw was your Maxtrax on your roof. New bumper looks rad by the way. Yeah that cv looks toast, mine was about that bad a few months ago.

Well I drove it home with the new cv and it maybe seemed better??? Somewhat? I was very worn out and didn't really pay too much attention. It weird.. I don't know anything about the front diff mounts but when I was installing the new cv my buddy noticed that the diff was almost shifting alittle back and forth inside those front mounts, anyone know if that's a concern??

Probably... it's only held in by two bolts in the front and one in the back. Worth it to make sure they're tight.

I've had some tires that just would not balance and had horrible vibration. Either they were shitty to begin with or I bought them used and they wore differently on another vehicle and wouldn't balance when I stuck them on mine... My current tires are the best balancing tires I've ever had. I've never had different wheels on this truck, 4 sets of tires. All I'm sayin is, it goes beyond the wheel.

So your thinking it's the km2s? I've heard tons of stories about how hard they are to balance

Just installed mine with 8oz of Dynabeads per tire. Smooth as butter 0-75 mph. May be worth a shot.

That's my next step, I've went to discount to balance them because I got the tires there, but they might no be competent enough.

The chart on dynabead's site lists 6oz for a 255/85/16 load C. They didn't have anything for load E. I called them and they recommended 8oz. of the off road beads for the 255/85/16E KM2.

Hmm interesting! I've heard good things about beads, I might have to give them a shot.

@rngr did you have vibes before running the beads??

    Stuff. Also things.
As for the diff, there are the ones that @seanpistol mentioned that mount everything to the frame crossmember, but the crossmember to diff bolts themselves could be loose as well. Something to check, maybe.

    Truck is looking good, man!

Thanks dude! I'm hoping to get a bunch of new stuff buttoned up in the next few weeks!
Would there be a torque spec you think? It almost looks like it's almost worn out the bushing or something. I don't want to over tighten

There is a torque I think, they were a PITA to undo, had to get the big breaker bar plus a 3-4ft metal tube just to break it

IIRC the torque for the two front bolts is 101 ft•lbs and the rear bolt is 64 ft•lbs.
