    Any idea what size shackle fits the front bumper? I bought 3/4" but the pin doesn't fit through.

    Able to get the size of the nut yet?

    Also, I'm still a little confused, is it a nylock nut? You said it was a locking nut but in the picture it doesn't look like a standard nylock nut. Is there a different type of "locking" nut other than nylock?

    If your bumper is powdercoated, the shackle hole will probably need to be sanded out or the pin ground down. The powdercoat adds some thickness.

    Any one have pictures of where the hc rear bumper attaches to the frame? I'm looking to get one but I was just under there looking and it looks like my shackle flip might be in the way :(

    Hunter, thank you for asking that question. I am about to purchase a HCB myself and looking at shackle flip kits. It looks like I will be waiting until after the bumper to figure out which kit to purchase.

    I don't think you will have any problem with any of the shackle flips in the USA market right now... I have a Canadian made one and from the looks of it, it's looks to be a lot larger in length and a bit bulkier then the USA ones. Just going off of pictures though!
