I'm really struggling on finding a reason to stay out this way. Once Jen's hip heals a bit more, we'll spend some time upstate in the Greenville area and in your area to see how we like it and check out school districts.

 

You moving back?

 

We moved to Greenville county in Dec from SW FL and the schools here are awesome in comparison. The area and scenery are a hell lot nicer to.

Yeah- I have family in CA too. But I have been here over ten years now. I am born Again SC- lol.

School district here is incredible.

Non stop flights from CLT to SAN, LAX, etc.

Maybe look at Poway/ RB area? Its kinda like here...

 

It's on the table for sure...especially since I still own a house there. My biggest gripe is the weather and bugs out here...so much so it makes me hate being outside (and I love to be outside)!

I've heard nothing but good things about Greenville so we want to explore up there along with Tega Cay.

I'm undecided on where else to consider...I hate being miserably hot like it is here but I also don't want to be miserably cold like it would be in Colorado (as that's a viable option too since Jen had a love affair with Colorado Springs).

I'm not in a big hurry but we do have a deadline...and that's when our son is to start school.

Poway and RB are nice for sure but I'm leaning more towards Clovis to be close to the mountains and lakes but still only a couple hours from Pismo and the beaches.

 

Greenville is very nice. To me Spartanburg is nice also as you're very close to the mountains. My aunt and uncle live in Inman. Very nice neighborhood. Might be moving that way if I accept this job

Spartanburg is ass. No traffic. Greenville is okay. Traffic sucks. A lot of small towns in the upstate
where you can find nice homes in decent school districts. I've lived all over the state and I prefer the
low country. Rock Hill area is nice and real close to the Charlotte Airport. I drive 3 hours to fly out of
there for the non stops to Las Vegas and LAX.

 

His first day of school was yesterday haha. He had zero fucks to give haha.

 

I have friends in Colorado Springs too. Lots to do out doors there.
