Remove the charcoal filter in your air box upper lid. You'll notice a bigger difference.

Thanks Joey. Looks like the headlights do a good job illuminating the road. Do you like them? Did anyone flash their lights at you? Thanks again for taking the time to get the pics and answer my questions.

I have opt 7 for low beams and went with a less bright version for fogs, still opt7. With the reflectors for fogs I think the brighter LEDs will scatter and you will eventually have people flashing you. I love the lights, they are more than adequate for urban life, however I went camping a couple of weekends ago and found that the LEDs don't travel very far at all. At night alongside a lake on a windy road I could not see into the turns at all, pitch black, I had to drive with my brights on, which I did not switch out for LEDs. Still ove them, just wanted to give a heads up.

Thank you Mike. I have a 32" light bar installed as well just for that situation which definitely throws light for a distance. The POS LEDs I put in the low beam position did not illuminate the road at all which made me uncomfortable on the highway at 0300. Looks like the OPT7s will work for me. I appreciate the input.

If that's the case, I think i may have found my grill/bezel combo instead of the Pro grill.

Ok so do you think it would fit well in the lower grill? I have the Cali Raised mounts but I'm trying to find a light bar for it. I know they have some on their website but I like the idea of the third row of lights.

A new bolt here, a new bolt there, a new bolt everywhere.
In it or behind it? If you have a through the grill no I don't think it would fit. If you have a stealth mount that mount behind the grill I believe your good.

Hey Eric... If you plan on buying a new one from Uebelhor's... Ron Gooding is no longer there. I sent a build sheet for a Inferno TRD Sport, I'm waiting to see if they treat me like Ron did. I don't have to buy right now but if they give me a good deal I may go for it.

I figured you would of got a couple more thousand on top of that 22K for your truck being totaled out. 22K sounds a little low.

Wow! Did the other person have insurance? Glad you were not in the truck when it happened. I suppose it could have turned out much worse.

Some dealers drop in the TRD reusable filter and sometimes it's shows as an option on the truck invoice. My sport came with one from the dealer. But I think it's more the exception than the rule.
