I am having that alarm system installed on Tuesday. I have the premium package. Does the alarm activate/deactivate with just the keyless fob or will it activate/deactivate using smart key? AKA touching the drivers door handle.

 

Leaf springs lubricated by dealership Wednesday... Started squeaking again Friday.


The service guy told me i should get some lithium grease and spray them myself when this happens...

I also picked up some of the Husky X-Act floor liners for the front and on the passenger side they did send a little pin or stud. It has a slot in the top for a straight screwdriver and they are threaded. Does anyone know if there is a hole in the floorpan for it to screw into or if it is just supposed to be held in place by the carpet?

 

Had a custom 3"/2.5" Magnaflow exhaust installed, I had no idea that a Camry motor could sound so good.

That is bullshit ! Your brand new truck should not have squeaky leaf springs, it's under warranty and i'd make them make it right even if it means calling corporate

Gave her the fall polish and wax job a month early. It's hard to tell in the photos but the paint almost looks chrome in person. I'm in love with this wax. lol

So does mine .. at least you have the H11 (55w) fog lights, my 2016 SR5 4x4 just comes with the H16 (19w) fog lights

 

Yeah I miss all the lights on my 2015 trd sport. They were so nice and bright. Pretty much all the lights on my 2016 trd off road are a huge letdown.

It's Mequiar's Black Wax. Stuff goes on super easy and wipes off like it was never there. Best of all, I've found it doesn't crap out the rubber seals if it gets on there. Not to sound like an advertisement, I find it an absolute joy to use.

Does it turn your microfiber towels black when you rub it off? I used Meguiar's Cleaner Wax on mine about a month ago and it is nice to work with. I waxed my entire truck before I started wiping it off. Shines better than the day I drove her off the lot.

 

It does rub off black as the actual wax is like a graphite-black color. So I wouldn't use towels you care about staining a bit (though most washes out fine).
