Picked up last 2016 on the lot

Visted my local dealership just to see what might be left in stock of 2016 and let me move back to a 4WD from my 2WD Tundra Crew with a lot of miles from work. After looking at it for a couple of days last week I finally got the last 2016 on the lot.

- Picked up off Craigslist the Husky Weatherbeaters for half price.
- Added black low profile AWS toolbox that has sat in my garage for over 4 years.

I'm really enjoying the truck and reading through the posts on here. Already reached out to friends from when I had an old landcruiser years ago to see when they have the next trail event to attend and try out the crawl mode.

Time to start researching how you get the letters to black, front windows tented and bed mat for the back. As kayak fishermen pumped about lights in the bed by the tailgate when unloading before sunrise.

Just curious, do you live close to the Rez?

 

I got it out the door for 34k. Which I thought was pretty good deal and felt even better after reading through some posts on here earlier today.

I lived not far from Gray-Daniels in Brandon, across the interstate. Miss that place.

 

We just moved from the Rez area a little over a year ago. I bought my wife a Camry from Gray-Daniels years ago.

Thanks - and corrected all the OFF ROAD... I was gonna wait for PRO to come out but felt in the end this was better deal and it's 4WD so that was all I cared about. It's has more than I ever anticipated on getting and would have only got a basic 2017 Tacoma 4WD for my price range.

 

Did you get the Tech pkg with the moonroof and all that for that price? If so, damn good price!

 

This was the only additions. I did not get the moonroof.

 

VIP Sales Follow-Up is the feature that jumps out at me.

 

The funny thing about that spot - no price connected to it. We have dealt with the same salesman for years as our family has grown and needs changed. Always treated us right so he always gets out business.

 

Either way you have a great truck despite what's posted on here. If you're happy that's all that matters.

 

Surprised at all the MS folks on here... I don't live on Rez but if you saw a black Tundra with camo 14ft kayak setup for bass fishing in the bed it was probably me.
