Im in the military and currently in florida, and after requesting to stay down here another tour, they are sending me to either boston, or washington...

Im currently using a set of super swampers, and being that i plan on driving my truck to which ever place they stick me in and these super swampers arent gonna do for the drive/towing/potential weather in these areas

so im looking for a good tire that will handle well on-road, with a smooth, fuel effecient ride, but also want to get a tire that will handle well in the snow when those winter months roll around...

the tires i have looked at are:

    1. BFG A/T KO
    2. BFG M/T KM2
    3. Toyo Open Country AT

Im wanting a good high-mileage tire that wont break my bank account too much..which tire do yall think i should get? (other tire suggestions appreciated too :))

Edit: ive also looked at Pro-comp Xtreme A/Ts

I say go with the Toyo. I love mine and they do great for my needs. You certainly don't need to buy a MT tire for driving that kind of distance.

GY Duratrac's would probably be good. Otherwise, i'd say the Toyo's.
