I-75 South on Sunday's is a dang racetrack.
I got off a few weeks ago at Ocala and took 40 to Dunellon, and 41 south to 52...
Got on at San Antonio, added an hour but relaxing and not white knuckled.

 

That's why I take 19 up to Moultrie, some times I take it to Thomasville & then take 319 & other times I get off in Old Town & take 53 up to Quitman & then come in through Pavo.

 

Thanks a bunch!... I've mapped it... Not done it yet.

 

It's a little more relaxing to me plus more scenery on 19. Its also easy on easy off if you need a store since they're right there on the side of the road. It takes a little longer than 75 because the speed is slower but it also uses less gas.
