it blows me away when i see how much the sc is for one of these engines it costs as much as the engine does. a guy i know in cali has 1 on his 2.7 with cat back and cai and said it has more hp than a stock vd plus an ass load of torque

The superchargers were discontinued though, weren't they? Last time I remember looking, they were almost 4k plus the fit kit. If they made a factory sc taco, I would trade up. Would still love to put one on my current one though. Can't justify the cost right now.

Discontinued after 12. $4300 just for the kit I believe.

I would love the SC but that's just stupid money, especially if I have motorcycles to go fast. Plus you have to use 91+ octane with the TRD SC.

Spacer will be fine for me. Wanted to go with a "nicer" suspension but couldn't justify the cost when I don't off road (read rock crawl) but for dirt roads, logging roads and a mud hole every now and then.

The bumper will definitely sag the front and put a lot of pressure on those springs. The guy I got it from said it dropped his front end an inch and a half. Maybe my front spacer lift will just even it out haha. @fatfurious2 did you say you were selling your OR springs? Do you know the spring rate on those? I assume it is a higher rate than SR5 but don't know that for sure...I would buy @spithead051 's OME set up but $300 is a little more than I am looking to spend right now.

That post was from 2011, but this is as good as time as any to get another meet up going!

I think smanz purchased his for way less than that back in the day, and did the install himself. IIRC only thing the dealership did was flash the ecu for him.

@FlyFishVA i dont have my stock off road coils anymore. I have OME nitrocharger struts and 885 springs, that I will be selling as soon as I get my Icons in. @Lots2Learn58 has his stock stuff still, not sure how many miles are on them.

I work Thursday and already have plans labor day. Dates get booked quick so I need more than 6 days notice most of the time if you need assistance.
