Finally got everything on

 

I have that same case.
How did you mount it?
Carriage bolts through the bottom of the case?

 

Has anyone tried to store their traction pads in a case? Mine are still in there carrying bag but it is about done due to the uv rays which is exactly why I have them in the bag now. All the cases that i have found locally are to narrow.

 

Drilled (4) 1/4" holes through the bottom and used the t slots. Went to the hardware store and got slightly longer screws than what it came with

 

2" u-bolts from Ace wrap around them beautifully

 

SSSSHHHHHH...maybe he wants to do a Fall one as well! But a Labor Day sale will work too!

 

I would hope that he clears his backlog before doing something like another GB. I like the product but I've been waiting for my rack for more than two months and he returns email about once every third try.

Yeah...that would be a given I hope. That's a long lead time, but it is a nice rack that would be worth the wait.

 

Carriage bolts are the easiest and cleanest way.

 

Probably wont be doing another group buy till the spring. I have plenty of orders as is to try and stay on top of as mentioned above.

 

@zscott Do you have any lightbar mounts in stock? I need a set for my Heretic 40in!

If you do one in March like previous years, may I ask what the typical shipping time has been? I am looking to get some of your racks for a trip to Moab in May.

This year the group buy was the first week of March and most of the racks were shipped by the middle of May. That being said we had 150 participants which overwhelmed me and my suppliers. With the 2017 group buy I will either limit the number of participants, or prepare earlier to help cut that time down.

 

So your recommendation would be stop being a cheap bastard and order early to make sure I get them? hahaha
