    Toyota gives the dealer a rebate. So $3.5k which is part of the $5k off they are advertising. To get it $5k under invoice as you are alluding to you are asking the dealer to sell it to you for $1k under invoice. I doubt that would happen, but possible as then they would be making about $2.5k on the truck over invoice.

    Just tried to book the flight. Delta said they had to up the ticket $6,000 because of overbooked flights.

    I now know that Toyota gives dealer $3.5k to move every Tundra..(Thanks to the poster who mentioned that). I have NO problem getting $500 under invoice so now with the rebate I am aiming for $2000-3000 UNDER invoice....

    You should easily get $5k off msrp of a new Tundra. That is what I'm saying. So that $46k truck you should be able to get it for $41k. Again looking at there website they are only offering less that $2k off msrp on new Tacomas, which is not a special deal.

    It'll be a tough sale, even though they will get a rebate back and essentially make $2.5k on the truck if they offer it to you for $3k under invoice.
