I dont leave the house with a dead battery, my battery lasts all day and then some with a lot of use, and lastly my phone doesnt support it. And i don't give a shit about all the tech bullshit anyway.

Also whats so hard about plugging it in? I hate technology.

Makes my phone too hot and does not charge well at all. It's more of a "maintainer". Samsung Galaxy Note 5 which is factory Qi compatible

I've never used it. I guess I should at least try it. What do you need to get it going?

Wife uses it for her Galaxy something. Seems to maintain rather then charge. I just use the usb connectors to charge my GZ one flip phone ;)

Usb ports pretty much only maintain the charge as well. Cant beat the old cigarette lighter charger. Been around for 20 years works better than all the new tech bs.

    All stock
    Qi wireless compatible phone.
    Almost any newer Samsung phone.

Otherwise an adapter that you can stick to the back of your phone.
(available for both iPhone and Android phones.)
Amazon adapters are around $10 for a decent one.

I've used it as much as the Go Pro mount. They should have just spent that money on extra trans fluid IMO :crapstorm:

I have the galaxy s7 and it will charge with the Otterbox commuter series case on it. I think the defender series is too thick.

It's borderline useless and that's with a phone designed to use it. I'd much rather have had a sunglasses holder and put the MTS and Crawl Control dial down there.

It's not really the charging that makes the phone hot. Heat billows up into that cubby from below and cooks whatever is in there.

I have a Nexus 6P that doesn't have Qi. If I'm on a road trip I'll set my phone there because my wife has her crap spread everywhere. With the phone unplugged and the Qi turned off, it's gets my phone damn hot after an hour or so.
