What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I ordered mine without any port or dealer extras and negotiated the accessories after it arrived. They did sneak in window tint before I showed up.

 

Interesting, I guess they were there and I just didn't realize it lol. Glad they were though, they are nice to have.

 

Got my suspension finally taken care of this past weekend.
Front = Bilstein 6112's set at 3rd setting.
Rear = Bilstein 5160's & SumoSprings

My truck is as close as I can get it to being level. The ride on the new Bilsteins is butter. This is how the I was expecting it to come from the factory. After install this weekend, I had to tow my 12 ft. trailer w/ Ranger 900XP loaded, as well as 650 lbs. of material in the bed... the SumoSprings really helped handle the weight and the a$$ end squat. Overall I couldn't be happier. Now time to get some new tires and wheels.

Thanks! I wish, they are the AVS. When I ordered them the Weathertechs weren't available. Took ordering two sets to complete a full set that was not beat up or scratched.

sorry on the delayed reply... been on the road and now down in Mex putting the truck through it's paces. I'm not sure on the gear size. I do know that Nitro makes a gear set. The biggest issue was the carrier deck height which was different up front than what was expected. A new one would have cost a bunch, but they were able to find me a used one for much cheaper. It wasn't a cheap mod, but well worth it.

 

Hey! yeah i'm loving the set up! I just took it the length of Baja with tons of toys. Beat the hell out of it and it loved every minute of it. The gears made a huge difference carrying the load and finding 6th gear and improving gas mileage. It'll be taxed on the return trip next month

IMO the Barcelona looks a lot better without it. On the MGM I had it looked fine, like an extension of the windows.
