Online it says they will be colour keyed rear bumper ends, so colour matched. Go to Toyota.ca then Tacoma, go to models, double cab, Specifications, Exterior, and 4x4. It'll show you then.

My 16 has the chrome plastic rear bumper caps. Strictly for esthetics as sure not functional.

Holy s**T!! Now it is another $2500 for the 6MT DC? And I was juuuuust barely feeding the idea of possibly just maybe being able to justify one even with their 3.99% and higher rate, but quite frankly this is it for me. I would have even been fine with SR5 DC 6MT if they made one. I guess I'm officially priced out of any future Tacomas. I gotta draw a line somewhere.

Frontier was always my second choice, but I can walk out of the dealer with one for 30-31k OTD by the looks of it with 0.49%. Yes, outdated, especially compared to a 3rd gen, but still a nice solid little truck imo that would do the job just fine for me.

Just found out they no longer make 6MT in crew cabs since 2013 apparently. :frusty:

The Frontier is a nice truck. Just a little heavy and thirsty but otherwise it's often overlooked even though it's the last truck standing under the older emissions and mpg rules. I think if I had to buy a new truck right now, IE one right off the lot, I'd buy a Nissan Frontier. Mostly because I wheel and the new 3rd gen needs more aftermarket support and a few issues to work out before I'd buy one. Plus that new Ford Ranger right around the corner could be very promising if it follows in the steps of its world counterpart.

3.99% would be nice...Toyota Canada only does 5.54% on new Tacomas

Actually 2017 financing starts at 4.29% for 36 to 60 months in AB according to website. Was looking at 2016 before.

Only Toyota would come up with a number like that. Too bad Toyota never seems to come off around 4% over 4-5 years now with the new Tacoma.

I got 3.99% over five years when I bought my Tacoma in July.

Exactly. For my 2013 I was able to get half that interest rate over 5 years. One of my big complaints with the new Tacoma is the pricing overall. It costs more on both ends. A lot more.

I was told 5.54 even if it was a 5 year term

Other things can change it like credit score from what I was told.
I was at the dealer here in scarborouh on the weekend and one of the managers i talked to said depending on credit I might get a better finance rate. But he also told me try going to my bank (CIBC) and see what they offer. Some reason I doubt they'll be a good rate though. But we'll see.
    I'm putting 25K down on a DCOR

My 19 year old nephew got 4.04% on a 2017 Nissan 370Z with 4000 down 6 years.... Anything over 5% is way to high.
