08's and 09's are the same suspension wise as the 05-07

yeah...5 luggers means how many wheel studs they have. they have a different suspension set up than a 6 lugger

definately...the rear set up on 5 luggers is a lot different for sure (ie springs under the axle instead of over the axle on the 6 luggers), but i think there may be differences up front as well...not 100% on the front though

urs is a 5 lug, so no prerunner...a prerunner is a 6 lug truck thats 2wd that has the same height/suspension as the 4wd

Theres not much option now for lifting.

There are lift kits by readylift.com which will raise the front and back for $329.99
    readylift.com

You can also use the Pro-Comp lift kit which is meant for the prerunners.. but it'll work for the 5lugs
    http://www.customtacos.com/forum/showthread.php?t=114993

if you're hardcore theres the total chaos setup which runs for about $1000
