Added eibach coils and 5100s set at 0 to my maxtrac spindles and put on some mastercraft 285/75r16

How much lift do you think the coils gave you?

I have 5.6" in the front and about 3&1/2" in the rear from my measurements from center of hub to fender

 

With this setup, do you think a truck would fit in a garage?

 

I'm right at 6.5 up front & 5.5 in the rear on 35's & can still fit in my garage. My door opening is 84", I have a couple inches to spare. So at 4" on 33's I don't see any reason. It wouldn't fit.

 

@JoseyWells my truck with the same setup I have now but on 285's, basically a 33. So only about an inch or so lower than it sits now.

 

@SpruceTaco the 84" is that to the top of the door?

 

Yeah to the top of the door opening, well actually the garage door hangs down just a bit so it's to that. I also have the shark fin antenna so I have a couple inches to spare between that & the door opening. I can try to get a pic later if you want.

Has anybody on spindles had the abs issue when taking a turn fast? Just curious

 

I have not yet . . . . but i do need to tighten my LCA Nuts because i hear a clank every time i turn left hard.

Just make sure you have plenty of slack on that ABS Line. Oh and quick edit your truck is gonna look wicked!

Not Really anything special i just made sure that the line was not hooked on anything like the tabs from the stock UCA. After that i let the suspension fully droop and made sure from there that i was able to hook the ABS Sensor thing into the spindles without any issue!

 

With the dakars and the long icon resi would i need some new bumpstops?

 

I know this has been covered but between needing it done sooner than later and life getting in the way it's easier to ask on my own thread because my situation is aggravating at the least LOL.

So I had my suspension installed by someone who needless to say f*cked it up and it's been this way for some time (2years). Had maxtrac spindles and 5100s set at 0 installed with a 3inch block and aal in the rear. Well I was talking to Marie at headstrong approx 2 to 3 days ago and asked a question about being slightly nose high. It turns out the shop *4wheel parts* cough cough.. installed my 5100s wrong. By wrong I mean the spring seat was installed upside down. So they may be set at 0... but definitely not getting the lift of maxtracs only due to it being upside down. Thay being said I have 315s on my truck which are due for replacement sooner than later. And finding out this problem the shop said they would fix it for free and also redo my alignment. But once that seat is flipped my 315s will not fit what so ever. I am wanting 285s now and am not sure what setup to change to. I will be keeping the 5100s and maxtracs upfront. But am needing to replace the rear due to preference and also needing new leafs (gg toyota). Truck has some extra weight IE: ALLPRO bumpers front and rear and also has a are z series bed cap.. just wondering the best and most efficient way to achieve this.
