    Does it matter what kind of grease u use? Also how much do u put in? My one leaks a little but there is no cracks or anything in the boot

    You should use CV specific grease. Could be the grease from the rebuild kits Toyota sells, could be CV grease you get from the auto parts store, or grease like Swepco 101 Moly SDHQ sells.

    http://store.sdhqoffroad.com/swepco101molygreasecvgrease.aspx

    If you are injecting it in from under the boot like I showed Joe then that Swepco is nice because it's already in a grease cartridge. When I had to do mine over a weekend where I couldn't wait for that grease, I took an old grease cartridge and filled it with the CV grease that comes in the squeezable containers I got from Pepboys and used it in my usual grease gun that way. Sometimes you gotta get creative.

    Ha. No. I have two joists to bring down about 1/4" to make space level. Then it will be easy.

    Going to windrock on labor day weekend. And a local club has a offroad event at the end of sept. Then as soon as small game comes in then I'm out from then to probably after Christmas.

    I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
    I know this has nothing to do with Rausch Creek but most people that go to RC are the adventurous type and are from the north east so I figured I would post a link of our trip here. Last weekend a group of us TWers went and found the trains and B52 crash site in the North Woods of Maine. It was a great trip and if whether your a self sufficient camper or not you can do this trip. Please take a look

    Here's a link to my trip report;
