Yeah the issue is when I call a junk yard they want to sell me the entire harness at half the cost. Which is still around $800. I ask if I can just cut a section off and they say no.

I haven't looked very hard at the pick n' pull places to see if there is a 2nd gen laying around. Works been killing me this week.

At least with the 2015 Access cab there were 2 grommrts on either side near the rear of the cab. I used a hole punch to make the hole. I then used something like flex seal and sprayed it on the grommets from underneath. I have had no issues with water getting in.

I put the speaker under the dash on drivers side. It's plenty loud there.

Details? I have 75qt that is a pain to access with my camper shell. This would make a world of difference.

Where did you get that slider/shelf from? Can you remove it when you don't want to use it ? Looks nice. I'd like to do something similar.

I have a bed basket that goes over this and it makes getting to it so much easier.

I had it made by http://www.socalteardrops.com I told them what direction slider I wanted and the size of my yeti. You can absolutely remove it when you want in under 2 min. I went to lowes and got 4 bolt on riv nuts (not sure this is the correct name, but I'll take a pic when I get home.) and bolted those into the bed. Then the slide bolts to that.

I got a shorty antenna and the reception in town is fine. Outside of town sucks but I never use the radio anyways.

I have not noticed a difference from stock antenna in terms of reception.
