It's busy but I'm settling in alright. The people are nice so that helps. Always a good stress reliever to be able to joke around with everyone.
Your boss know you're looking to strike out on your own?

    Sounds like a good place.

Yup, I told him already. Told him I know I have basically maxed out what I can do for him so next logical step is for me to start considering going on my own

Thought I might leave this here for you to ponder.

While its competitors have gone for car-based setups, and prioritized on-road comfort over all-terrain capability, Toyota stuck to its guns with the 4Runner. That results in a residual value that not only tops the list of SUVs, but comes in second only behind its stablemate, the Toyota Tacoma. The 4Runner retains an amazing 66.7 percent of its value after three years, and 60.3 percent after five years.

When driving the 4Runner, you feel its truck-based DNA, and people search for this when shopping SUVs. Cargo space in two-row models is solid, and the upgraded infotainment for 2016 ensures that the 4Runner won’t be too long in the tooth in 36 months.

Best of luck striking out on your own. You going to do custom work like Oz? Or more repair type stuff?

Thank you :). I do enjoy the custom work like oz does and that's where I started my career. Eventually I will try to go more towards that direction. Even debating on adding "custom carpentry" to my company name
    Thanks Rob!

The route I'm going to start up my company will take about a year to get everything up and running legally but I gain a lot of government help with a lot of different parts of owning a business. Plus I can apply for funding to get started if I go this way

I hope that business doesn't revolve around fishing.

Throttled it down to beer to cover the gap.

Rookie mistake. I got cocky with three bottles in reserve. The last bottle snuck up on me.
