i'm looking for steps as well, because i have a pregnant wife and a 4 yr old. the predators are out obviously, not just due to the cheesiness, but also they'll gouge you good if you slip. not good for the wife and kids now.

i'd love to find something that works as:
- functional and safe steps first
- light duty slider protection
- not too heavy, i like to keep the weight down on the truck

i haven't seen any maker yet who quotes the weights of their sliders. probably will have to email around to find out.

 

The truck looks good OP. I'm hoping one of the local dealerships gets one in stock, I'd really like to see the Pro in person. Especially the Cement color.

 

Slee off road is making what you want. They should be out in 60 days or so.. I am getting a set. They are the best quality and are steps, as well. I called them yesterday.

BTW. OP your truck looks Awesome and Congrats!!! Great to see it in the dirt also!!

 

OP would you mind taking off the front grille so everyone can see if/how it differs from the way all the other grilles are attached?

I did not. Waiting to buy one used in a couple of years. I hope I can get the TRD Pro or will settle for OR 4x4 next time around.
