The only reason I mentioned it was because none of that was visible and you don't have a visible wench. And by the way, that isn't a Pro pic. Smart ass.

    here's a start: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/school-me-on-rock-sliders.445806/

i'm looking for steps as well, because i have a pregnant wife and a 4 yr old. the predators are out obviously, not just due to the cheesiness, but also they'll gouge you good if you slip. not good for the wife and kids now.

i'd love to find something that works as:
    - functional and safe steps first
    - light duty slider protection
    - not too heavy, i like to keep the weight down on the truck

i haven't seen any maker yet who quotes the weights of their sliders. probably will have to email around to find out.

The truck looks good OP. I'm hoping one of the local dealerships gets one in stock, I'd really like to see the Pro in person. Especially the Cement color.

OP would you mind taking off the front grille so everyone can see if/how it differs from the way all the other grilles are attached?

    (mostly joking, but seriously)

I did not. Waiting to buy one used in a couple of years. I hope I can get the TRD Pro or will settle for OR 4x4 next time around.

Fucking hilarious. I was there on the same day driving 4runner SR5 and Trail Premiums. Idiots wanted to "step up" and give me 22k for my 2013 Taco. Told them no thanks. Here are the Pro pics I took. Small fucking world. Avoid Denton Texas boys.
