    So I saw this elderly lady trying to test out the flex of her Chevy yesterday. Just thought I'd share. The two women outside of the vehicle were just walking and not involved. The elderly woman (around 80-90?) was still in the vehicle. The Officer was shaking his head trying to figure out how she managed it
