I just recently finished my AR build. I went with a Spike's upper and a 16" mid length Spike's barrel chambered in 5.56 and 1:7 twist. I am very happy with the barrel and receiver. Then for the BCG I used a FailZero M16 cut bolt. The nickel boron coating makes cleaning so much easier!

Huh? I can find any part i want to build an AR right now. Maybe not the super specific part from brand A but i could still get every part needed to build a nice one.

I have a generic A2 style grip from a DPMS LPK you can have, I'll probably never use it for anything.

    Heres a LPK w/o a grip for $34.99

After running and gunning last weekend as part of a defensive rifle course I took I have decided that my 1 point sling sucks ass and it needs to go pronto. I am considering the Troy/VTAC 2 sling or maybe the Mission Spec Irene Adaptive Sling. What's everyone's thoughts for a 2 point sling?

That's pretty much all I have...except on my ar pistol because I needed a sling and I had a 1 point in my junk bin

VTAC padded, Blue Force VTAC, and Magpul are all in my stable and I like all 3 but I oddly like the magpul one the best

I use a vickers SAW sling. It's padded and pleasant on long romantic hikes in the mountains. https://www.blueforcegear.com/vickers-combat-applications-sling-m249-saw-sling.html
Probably not the greatest for 3 gun style, but I like the fact that you can do the forearm wrap support with it for a stable offhand firing position, the comfort even with a heavy (for an AR) rifle, and the durability. You can also hook it onto any rifle made with the various attachments available.
(example of using the sling to steady the rifle)
