    Thanks for the pic. My truck should look similar once my Avid front guard arrives. Already have the bolt on sliders which are GREAT for protection as well as a step to wash the top of the cab.

    Well, it is attached to the tubing under the bumper in two places, and although it is a strong attachment point, it is doubtful the bar it's self could handle the weight of lifting the front. The product is well built and I am still very pleased, but it is not designed for what you are asking.

    Not a great photo before the LineX, but you will get the idea of how it's attached. ...

    That would be a bad idea. The bar wasn't designed for that. My guess it would result in shearing the bolts or bending the light bar.

    Anyone buying this bumper guard make sure you use the discount!!! If i remeber correctly it takes like 40 ish bucks off the price!

    I am impressed with the bumper overall, bumped a couple poles with it pulling into spots and taken down a few little trees with it
    no problem.
