Hello everyone. Would anyone be interested in some used DSM uniball ucas? I bought them for $250 this summer and I'm just not going to use them. They were in working condition (30k miles) when removed from the previous owners truck and I haven't done anything to them since then. It would be smart to replace bushings and uniballs before install. Sooooo looking to get $250.

When you guys weld on your truck, do you disconnect battery? Is there any risk to electronics?

 

You're supposed to but we've done it twice and was fine. (Only welded three times to the truck)

 

Nope. I've heard to do it and I always thought you were supposed to but after my buddy's dad who owns a machine shop told me it's fine i haven't disconnected. So all my welding has been with the battery connected.
