We can only buy 24 packs here. Lucky you.

I keep some hand sanitizer and Avon Skin So Soft in the car. SSS works great for keeping mosquitoes away.

A more complete list of what I carry in my truck. I don't off-road so no gear specific to that.

    Fire Extinguisher
    First-Aid Kit
    Jumper Cables
    Ratchet Straps
    100ft 3/8" Rope
    2 Nite-Ize CamJamXT
    Leather Work Gloves
    Small bottle of bug spray
    Small bottle of spray sunscreen
    2 Dyno powered Flashlights
    Disposable Emergency Poncho
    Toilet Paper
    2 bottles of water

.50 Cal Ammo Can behind rear passenger seat contains the following:
    50ft Paracord
    Disposable Emergency Poncho
    Disposable Orange Deer Hunting/Safety Vest
    Emergency Whistle
    Water purification tablets
    Survival ration bar
    2 Glow Sticks
    Small cheap binoculars
Bic Lighter and/or Strike Anywhere Matches
    Disposable Emergency Blanket
    Pocket Chainsaw
    Quick Clot
    Tri-fold Shovel

I don't keep a knife or gun in my truck at the moment. I never go anywhere without my leatherman wave on my hip. I do carry almost all the time but I'm waiting to get a console vault and maybe the locking storage for under the back seat before I start storing a firearm in the truck all the time (probably keep an underfolder ak or 870 with folding stock under the back seat then). I usually throw a couple of extra magazines if I'm going on a trip anywhere but I don't keep them in every day.

In my old truck I kept a pretty comprehensive tool kit as well, but since I have a warranty and road-side assistance I haven't worried about it yet for the Tacoma.

BAMF recessed grille, tailgate inserts, Rokblokz mud flaps, Windows tinted, matte black vinyl on rocker panels, badge removal, Fox front 2.5 with resi, Fox 2.0 with resi rear, LR UCAs, matte bronze FN Pro wheels, 285 70 r17 duratracs, RCI Offroad sliders with fill plates, rigid ditch lights, Sherpa Grand Tetonroof rack, RCI bed rack... Soon: full armor, roof top tent...

QuikClot, in my honest (and experienced) opinion is trash. The active clotting agent Kaelin expires, and for it to work effectively you must hold pressure over the packed wound for a minimum of 3 minutes. Your best best is to just get sterile gauze...

    Ie: https://www.mooremedical.com/index.cfm?/KERLIX -Gauze-Bandage-Rolls/&PG=CTL&FN=ProductDetail&PID=2399&spx=1

And ace wraps to use for completing your pressure bandage. Super cheap, and just as if not more effective.

As far as tourniquets, it's best to always have at least two. They can be improvised with a t-shirt and a solid 6 inch stick or dowel rod. Either way, a professionally made one is the most effective. The SOF-TDAP wide is my favorite.

Sounds like it's just the can. Commonly used for storing stuff. Fits nicely behind the seats.

I have robogrips, but not 'crescent' type wrenches. Might have to add that to my to add list.

Zip Ties are incredibly useful, buy quality ones that can hold a decent amount lbs., also a nice quality wire cutter for them as well.
