The stuff is an electrical insulator. Not a conductor. It's specially formulated to prevent arching. We use it all the time at work for the terminals on VFD's and PLC's that are exposed to the elements

Thanks. So should it be applied to just the "exterior" of the terminal or sandwiched in between the connection, if that makes sense.

You be fine to slather it all over those terminal connectors - inside and out.

Icon/TC Mid travel, TRD S/C, PNP Greddy EMU, 625cc injectors, 2.2 pulley, Hayden tranny cooler, AEM wideband, TRD boost gauge.
I've had no problem just gouping it on as the contact points on the connectors that make actual good tight contact with eachother will 'cut' right through the goup, push it asside/up/down etc and make that connection, and all the looser areas/voids will have that goup covering helping prevent corrosion and the like- so IMO its not going to end up insulating the connection by accident.

Yep, that's where my confusion came from. Many say that since it's not a conductor if used between battery terminal connections it can actually cause the same issue as corrosion and that a conductive grease should be used instead. Or if it is used to just use on the exterior so to maintain a good connection. But makes sense that it for the most part just gets pushed out anyway once you tighten it down

At 25% off it's one of the best group buy deals any vendor puts on. I got in on the last one. That little stick thingy was annoying. This is a truly practical addition.

I have absolutely loved mine since I put them on. My advice? Measure FOUR TIMES. THEN AGAIN. THEN ONCE MORE. Then drill.

My advice is save even more dough and get the basic quicklift. The plus is 15 bucks more for powdered mounting hardware. Completely unnecessary. You won't even notice them. If having blk hardware is truly important to ya then hit em with some rattle can you have laying around.

Edit: Only a suggestion. I hate when people tell me what I ought to do. haha
