Poorly Installed Suspension

Basically my suspension squeaks real badly when I go over speed bumps or go forward and brake a little hard into a forward jerking motion, also sometimes when I hop in or out of my truck.
The noise sounds pretty loud and like an old spring mattress. It's sounds like it's coming from the leaf springs.
Any suggestions?

This a little off topic but I have OCD when it comes to certain things and my truck is one of them, I just get anxiety and feel like I'm driving a piece of dump when I hear the squeaky noise. The truck is brand newish and the lift kit is an icon setup which I had paid nearly 3k for... I was a little broke after that so I went to my neighbor who owns a nice lifted truck and his own garage where he works on trucks, anyways I asked if he could install it and give me a deal, I ended up paying him 500$...The day when I picked up my truck I kinda just was checking it out and randomly found the rear shock loose, I was able to unbolt it with my hand but didn't obviously, got it tightened immediately and was pissed off.
Long story short, I'd like to see if anyone with real experience and care can take a look at or maybe even reinstall the lift to inspect the parts if they have to. Probably not necessary to reinstall everything but I'm just paranoid I guess and not trusting of the douche that installed my lift. I'm not gonna ask for a refund cuz it wasn't done and paid thru a legitimate business which is also why even the Toyota dealership wouldn't touch my suspension, they don't want a liability issue or some bs...

Shoulda just done it yourself., which leafs did you get? Add rubber bike tube to the leaves to eliminate squeaks.

 

Im more of a computer guy... I know the basics and parts but I wouldn't know how to install it, and even if I watched a diy video, I don't have much tools.
Edit, I got the icon stage 3 lift kit, not sure what leaf pack came with it

 

What did you do in the rear? Add a leaf, new leaf pack, etc?

Dakars squeek like an old man, mattress with some action on top, etc. its normal, lots of threads on possible remedies. I hava an allpro expo pack and it groans and squeeks too

 

Ill try and check em out but I atleast still wanna see if the rest of my suspension was installed ok. I'm afraid to even touch the dirt after the installation...

just go through and make sure all the nuts are tight, in the front, 3 on top of shock, and one on bottom. if New UCAs, check that long horizontal bolt at the top of the UCA. Check the sway bar attachment, and ball joint castle nut, should be a cotter pin in there. in the rear, one bolt on top and one on bottom of the shock. ubolts to attach leaf pack to axle, 4 bolts each side. and where your leaf mounts to frame.
