My 2017 Trd or 4x4 with prem/jbl, predator tubes, alarm, 2017 Trd wheels, extang encore cover, tow package, tax and all fees I was otd at $40,500... They also gave me 26,500 for my trade, which was 1500 more then kbb. The dealer also messed up on paper work and called me last week to resign without my grad rebate because it was only for a 60 month loan not 72. And I said they can eat the cost or I'll return the truck. They said ok we will just absorv the cost. So I ended up going in resigning for the 60month and getting a lower apr, and I told them since they are going to absorb the cost they can absorb the cost of 750 in accessories. I got bed mat, bed net, door stills, and the 2017 Trd pro skid plate all for free. They already installed everything, skid plate and the 2017 Trd shift knob come in today.

... it would be helpful to know what the cost was not including local/state specific stuff like taxes and tag fees, since those differ from place to place.

If the door sill protectors were the only add on, how was the MSRP that high??? I thought MSRP for that build minus any add-ons was around $34k

Looking at a 2017 TRDORDCSB 4x4 V6 auto with premium and tech & tow, unwanted add ons are mats and door sill protectors, mud flaps, and spare tire lock. Think I'm gonna go for it, does this sound decent? In CA if that helps

Have you gotten quotes from GST dealers you were not happy with? I'm just starting my search and am worried about their "fees". I'm thinking I may have to go outside of GST too.

such a mixed bag around here in DFW, for example. look around the few active threads "how much did you pay.." & "what did you pay for your tacoma" etc. you'll see a bunch of folk -- like me -- who haven't succeeded in getting a deal on the 2017's. still you'll get an oddball every now and again who outlines their recent deal of the century (who happened to cut that deal at one of the dealers who failed to work with my me). some of us are good with it, some not. but it's really true at least around here that each dealer really has their own terms and they work with sales differently. i did end up buying (or pre-ordering) in DFW at another dealer, but it's not the same deal i was going for before (TRDOR DCSB premium)

yeah one dealer in houston JOE MEYERS, showed dealer holdback, financial holdback as part of dealer invoice.......that wanted me to pay what toyota pays them once the vehicle is sold, they also showed a $1076 fee, called TMf (i am sure it was their marketing fees) haha.

I talked to Hampton Toyota in lafayette, he said 1000 off msrp, and acted like it was a good deal , my dealer ship i want to do business with is LAKE CHARLES TOYOTA, awesome group of guys so far, and one of their managers is on TW, had a silver, now BBM. If they don't deal, i will try Musson Patout in New Iberia, if I cannot get $500 over invoice, I will try outside GST area, maybe Tennessee.

I plan on looking in Tennessee too if needed. GST loss in my opinion.

originally tried far north, Lewisville Toyota and Toyota of Denton. no go for me. someone around here just posted a great deal with Denton, it just wasn't me.

ended up making a deal at Freeman Toyota and put down a deposit for a 6MT Pro at msrp.

If you go to Tennessee, stay away from Beaman Toyota in Nashville. I had a terrible experience with those guys buying my last truck.

Can anyone refer me to a decent dealership/salesperson within 500 miles of southern New Hampshire? Had a very sour and disrespectful experience at the dealer I've been working with for the past 4 months and had to walk away with no return call from them. I'm looking to pay $500-$800 over invoice. Would be much appreciated if I could get PM'd some contact info!

Beaman just outside Nashville said they'd order a 2017 TRDOR at invoice plus $500, I'm seeking an actual out the door quote now as I don't know their add on fees.

I'm in SET territory and have two local quotes in hand for ordering a well equipped TRD OR DCSB with $42,377 MSRP; one is $40,500 plus tax/title which beats the Costco quote of $40,771 plus tax/title.

I'm awaiting responses from the other dozen or so dealers I emailed. I put all of their emails on the same To: line so they know who they're up against. I'm keeping the Costco quote in my pocket as I'd actually like to go with that dealer if I can make it work since they're close and convenient.
