I don't think the amount of protein intake changes from how active you are. You should intake based on your weight. I think it's 1g/lb of body weight? Something like that...

Lol if i eat too much while working i get the feeling of not wanting to work. Its literally alot of running and lifting in a hot warehouse in florida during the summer. Dont feel like throwing up. And as others have said. Chipotle is life. Im in there so often ,4 days a week, that i get free shit often.

Well, I converted to morning workouts and LOVE IT! Woke up at 6am and jumped straight out of bed, slammed my pre at like 6:02, ate a banana at 6:03 and was lifting by 6:20. Energy was high and everything. Got done WAY faster than in the afternoon b/c me and the wife were the only 2 in there for the majority of it, so I was back home by 7:25. Ate 4 eggs and a chocolate Pop Tart and went to work....although, I feel a mid-afternoon crash is sure to come...also, I dunno how this is gonna work on school days when I won't be getting home until 10:15ish at night. Gonna try to start going to bed as soon as I get home from school instead of playing on my phone for an hour or so.

    flat bench: 3 sets
    wide grip pull-ups: 3 sets
bent over db rows: 2 sets
    seated db ohp: 2 sets
standing db front raises: 2 sets
standing db front raises: 2 sets
bent over db side raises: 2 sets
    db shrugs: 2 sets
superset: seated db curls & overhead db triceps extension: 3 sets
superset: machine curls & machine triceps extensions: 2 sets

Just realized I only did 1 chest workout instead of 2...whoops

I think if you're not getting adequate protein then you may see an increase in muscle mass if you're doing manual labor. How much do you weigh? The safe # is 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.

I've noticed I don't have mid afternoon crashes anymore ever since I switched to mornings. Also I just feel better overall throughout the day. Then when I get home I have plenty of time for schoolwork, netflix and chill etc.

Im attempting to carb cycle one last time before I bulk just to see how much leaner I can get. I've been low carb the past 2 days, drinking a ton of water, sodium intake still the same and its working I think. I'm gonna take tomorrow off and carb up and then hit legs Sunday.
